——记“望丛杯”小学科学课大比武

       2019年3月29日上午，郫都区一小片区赛在成都绵实外国语学校隆重拉开帷幕。紧张热烈的现场教学比拼，为美丽的绵实外国语校园增添了一道独特的风景。

      (On the morning of March 29th, 2019, a teaching competition of Pidu District kicked off in the Chengdu Mianshi Foreign Language School, where a unique scenery was created by the intensive and exciting on-site teaching.)

      此次竞赛的主题为“STEM教育在小学科学教学中的融合与创新”﹙STEM是科学(Science)、技术(Technology)、工程(Engineering)、数学(Mathematics)四门学科英文首字母的缩写﹚，郫都区小学科学教育专家、教研员和一线科学教师代表现场进行了观摩和点评。

      ( The theme of the contest was "Integration and Innovation of STEM Education into Primary School Education ". (STEM refers to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Experts of primary school science education, research staffs and front-line science teachers in Pidu District attended and commented on the event.)

作为东道主，我校李素英老师第一个登台参赛，她所执教的内容是教科版一年级上册《它们去哪了》一课。

       (Li suying, a teacher from our school, was the first one to take part in the competition as the host. And the lesson she gave was from the first volume of grade one textbook published by Education Science Publishing House, called “Where Are They”.)

       用小紫(高锰酸钾)想与水做游戏，进入水中却会消失的“烦恼”来导入课题后，李老师组织学生进行盐、红糖和小石头的分组实验，引导学生仔细观察它的颜色、大小、形状的变化过程，最后利用彩虹糖的溶解进行小结，以此培养学生细致观察的习惯，训练学生类比分析的思维能力。李老师新颖的教学设计，巧妙的课堂引导，有效地唤醒了孩子们探索求知欲望。整堂课学生主动参与、积极探究，严谨不失活泼，理性又充满热情。

       (First, Miss Li generated topic by telling a story that the Xiaozi（Potassium permanganate） wanted to play with water in danger of disappearing in it. Then she carried out experiments respectively with salt, brown sugar and small stones, guiding student to observe the changing process of their colors, sizes, and shapes. Finally she summarized the lesson with dissolution of rainbow sugar. The lesson cultivated students with careful observation and rigorous analogy. Such novel teaching design and ingenious classroom guidance aroused their desire to explore and seek knowledge. Active participation, exploration during the whole class made the rigorous science class full of life and enthusiasm.)

来自郫都区各小学的科学教师现场参与角逐，精彩呈现了一线真实的小学科学课课堂。成都绵实外国语学校的孩子们，仔细观察、大胆质疑，在合作交流中猜想、实验，表现出强烈的科学探究精神和很强的动手能力，展现了良好的科学素养，更彰显出成都绵实外国语学校品质教育的内涵与品质，赢得了观摩代表的高度赞扬。

       (Science teachers from primary schools in Pidu District competed on stage, presenting us what real primary school science classes were supposed to be. Through careful observation, bold questioning and assumption-making and experiment in cooperation, students from Chengdu Mianshi Foreign Language School demonstrated a strong spirit of scientific inquiry and a good hands-on ability, showing an excellent scientific literacy as primary school students, and their good perfomance testified the quality and results of our education, winning high praise from the reviewing represents.)

    本次“STEM教育”主题教学竞赛，给区内小学科学教师相互学习和交流提供了一个高阶平台，对郫都区科学学科和科学教师队伍建设具有助推作用。相信通过这次和今后形式多样的多种活动开展，郫都区小学科学教学之花必将绚丽绽放！

       (The teaching competition on the theme of STEM Education provided a high level platform for science teachers in primary schools of the district to learn from and communicate with each other .Moreover, the activity proactively promoted the construction of science education and the teachers’ team.By the various activities ,we believe primary school science education in Pidu District will continue to be ever more fruitful for many years to come!)
